We have had several problems with this company once in 2005, 2016 and now.They call our service manager who does not have authorization to make purchases and beats him around until he says that we could use a certain product.
We spent all morning on the phone with them and they will not even give us a return authorization number until we pay a $200 dollar restocking fee. The purchase was never authorized! Our service manager repeatedly told them that he was out on medical leave to call our office and they failed to do so. So now we have $1500 dollars worth of material we never ordered.
I am having our attorney draft a letter to them.It seems like this a common problem with businesses and we do not see how they are able to keep practicing the manipulative and dishonest business they do.
